Description
Quick doodle done last night, inked and then attacked with colored pencils. Thought up a quick backstory to go with it, but since I'm terrible at character writing, that's all it will stay.
Rod, hesitant about getting Nicky a gift for Valentine's (lest he suspect), ends up going out last minute and getting Nicky a box of chocolates at least. He goes to give Nicky the present as soon as he returns to the apartment, but Nicky surprises him first with a new Valentine-y tie. As Rod puts his new tie on to appease his roommate, Nicky spots the chocolates, and gives Rod a thank-you hug. Seeing as it's Valentine's Day, Rod decides that, instead of shoving Nicky off of him, he'll take it while he can.

CUTE! But as I end up seing this on the 27th, not the 14th, the Valentine-y 'warmth' has departed. Still, this is cute.
